Valor Journey is a Two-Year Development Program with Executive-Level Mentorship.
This program is centered around roughly once per month networking and skills development events led by industry professionals. Each participant is also paired with a mentor in their chosen civilian career path. Mentors make a 2-year commitment to each Veteran to meet one-on-one monthly. The program also offers financial support for continuing education and industry certifications.
Currently this program is being run annually with a new cohort starting each year in April.
