Valor Journey supports Veterans through a 2-year program that helps them navigate their pursuit of post-service career objectives. The core of the program centers around building community through a strong cohort of participants that meets roughly once a month for an educational or social/networking event as well as being encouraged to attend Valor Connect events. Each participant is also paired with a mentor in their chosen field. Mentors make a 2 year commitment to the Veteran to meet one-on-one monthly.
Participants are able to apply for financial support to use toward career-advancing pursuits such as professional certifications, training, industry conferences, dress for success, and educational support materials.
